  • "Come on ShadowHeart, we are going to go and train like we never have before. That championship is tomorrow and we are going to win." said Carla. As they headed to the arena for training, they saw Lilian. Carla absolutely devised that girl and her preppy quarter horse, HotPepper. "So nube, your going to practice for the championship? HotPepper and I have been practicing for the last month and we have the course memorized." said Lilian. Carla thought of something to say to that, then she remembered, you weren't supposed to even know the course until the day of the championship. "So you know the course already?" Carla questioned with a smirk. Lilian was completely shocked that she let that slip out of her mouth. "You've been sneaking around and looking at the course map haven't you?" Carla said. "Umm ah no.......... Not really.... I uh, oh geez......" Lilian stuttered. HotPepper sighed and pawed the ground. "Just admit it Lilian. You have been wandering around and looking at the course and running it at night. That is why your always late coming to the food hall for breakfast because you live so far away and HotPepper is always so tired he wont run to the food hall." said Carla. "Fine I admit it but please, I'm begging you. Don't tell anyone." Lilian confessed. "I wont tell anyone as long as you show me the course and race me on it right now, just so ShadowHeart and I are ready for tomorrow." replied Carla. "If your going to cheat you might as well share it." Carla added. "Sure I'll help you with the course as long as you don't tell a single soul." replied Lilian. ShadowHeart and HotPepper looked at one another and sighed.
