  • "Treewhisper" is an ongoing, international collaboration of artists who are "awakening our heartfelt connection to trees," involving handmade paper, art, and stories relating to trees as a symbol and resource. Right now the exhibit is at the Chicago Botanic Garden.

Hung in columns, the art exhibit reminds me of tree trunks in a forest. Each piece of handmade paper is crafted from tree pulp that's been formed into a circle with loving art and notes created on it to bring awareness to trees and nature.

Plant a tree this spring - it is the air we breathe, it is cool shade, it is good for our environment.
