  • Today a student with deep-red hair and a goofy smile took the lid completely off a bottle of glue and attempted to glue two sheets of paper together. I noticed and exclaimed, "What are you doing!" He was pouring a large puddle of glue on the paper: "That's not how you glue paper together--you don't need that much glue!" He started to laugh awkwardly while his face grew bright red, to match his hair. I do wonder what they are thinking in moments like these.
