  • When I was little I used to go outside in the woods near my childhood house. I’d walk around and sing to the plants and animals. I’d make up songs on the fly and as soon as they were sung out loud they were lost. It was my favorite thing to do.

Just as many young adults, I found myself and hid myself through music. But, for years I put my music and singing on the backburner waiting for the other fires to burn out before I tended to it. Well, the other fires have burned out and I’m left with the one that has pulled out my heartstrings for over 30 years.

After many months of finding my voice again and getting ready to launch the most vulnerable request for help, I realize you can never be too old or too young to follow and dream and try to make a difference in the world. And so, I take the plunge. Sometimes actions that are the scariest to you, are the same actions that might just change your life, in the most amazing ways.
