It's a 30 minute walk home from work. Today I walked with eyes open, waiting for the right moment to bring to you.
There was a bespectacled redhead with an armful of hula hoops.
There was that mighty crack in the ice, splitting open the winter lake.
There were the salmon roses - heavy with fragrance - someone put in the hall.
There was the Forward woman, a heart-shaped balloon blowing from her bronze wrist.
Thirty minutes watching for wonder, no better way to spend part of a day.
But truly? The most wonder-full thing I've seen today?
Well, yes. It's you.
(What shall we try next??)
