  • After finishing the usual chores around the house, I sat down to check my emails this afternoon, and read about this lovely experiment of sharing a moment in the day.

I felt a strange sense of connection, with the person sending the email and also all those who would be responding to the request of joining in the experiment. Odd, how something so a tiny moment in a day can connect us all together...a smile emerged with that thought, as I was curious to read the new stories and see what everyone was up to, along with thinking of what I'll be doing that I can share, that could sound super cool.

Do I write about how extremely useful or not so useful a person I am on this planet...

Naaa, I'll do something a crafty project...

Or maybe go out for a walk to explore the world and come home with a story to share...

Thoughts...thoughts...and more thoughts polluted my brain. Some made me excited, some made me dull...some sounded awful and some were just plain fun!
Ignoring them all I decided to take a minute and focus, on what I am doing rather than planning to do, in the day...

As I looked down, I was holding a warm cup of green tea, in my hands.

In that moment, I learnt how I get so trapped in all that I want to or can do in the the future...I totally forget, the simple pleasure of being myself and enjoying whatever it is that I am doing right NOW. With that in mind, I focused how my hands were feeling the friendly warmth of the cup, the yellowish colour of the tea was shinning and smiling at me, as I sipped pure joy in that moment, and that is what I share with you from my day, with you today.

I call that moment BE YOU TEA (beauty),meaning, 'Feel the beautiful moment by BEing YOU, as you sip your TEA.'
