  • Moises is 37 years old, and lives on the streets of La Paz. He used to live in a home for the handicapped, but five years ago he says the government capped the maximum age for residents at 25. He had to leave.

    He lives on the streets now - makes money taking care of cars. A lot goes to diapers, but sometimes he goes without. Sometimes it rains on him, which he dislikes. Rain in La Paz means that it is usually just above freezing.

    This wasn't supposed to be my afternoon, but he asked me to share his story.
