  • Oh how often I have had to tell myself I am not the crazy one. I'm not the one that is mentally ill. I'm not the one making bad decisions and causing havoc in so many peoples lives. I'm not the one who is irrational, self centered, and delusional.

    I am the logical one. I am the sane one. I am the one who thinks things through and provides the solutions - whether they are followed or respected or not.

    Oh how often I have had to remind myself this, because living with mental illness in your family can, at so many times, make you absolutely bananas.
