  • I'm a fighter.
    I like a challenge.

I read somewhere that in yours twenties, your body and mind are at peak time to achieve great goals.
So that's what I'll be doing this year.
2015 is a game changing year for me.

I'll be pounding the pavements in my ludicrously bright orange Nike trainers.
I am not a runner; rubbish at sport at school. No one wants to run around a hockey pitch 8 times.
As a adult I've found a lust for adrenaline.
    Something inside wants success.
I want to do something memorable.
I want to be proud of myself.

So on the 26th April I will be joining the streams of people running 26.2 miles,
though the capital for The London Marathon.

I am running for a great charity that means so much to me.
    The National Osteoporosis Society.
    Close to my heart.

I'll be giving up prosecco for the last month of training.
But I hope someone will buy in a glass as I grace the finishing line.
I'm training for a time of 4 hours.
But life is about hitting challenges head on.
Aim high and all that jazz.
