  • This morning I visited by pure coincidence the church where I was baptized 34 years ago in Cali, Colombia. Back then, this church used to be a small shack with almost no room at all to have people seated. Also, I learned from my parents that I was baptized at 11:00 am in a very hot day. The reception was fueled with "aguardiente" and "lechona"(suckling pig) which also by another pure coincidence are my some of my favorite alcohol drinks and typical dishes from Colombia.

From the spiritual point of view, I was happily surprised to be find out that the church was named after Virgin Mary which I have always consider her as one of my guardian angels.

It was definitely interesting to associate memories and facts from my very early days with nowadays.
