  • These pictures include some highlights of work working for Marriage Equality USA working with volunteers at phone banks (for MN, IL, NJ, IN and NM), on Decision Day on June 26, 2013 after Edie Windsor's successful challenge of the Federal DOMA case, accepting a glass heart award on behalf of Edie Windsor, focus groups in NYC and NC for a presentation on why support for marriage equality is rising called the Heart of What Matters, and pictures at NYC Pride and at our booth at Queens Pride. Following these photos and the interview, I moved back home to NC to continue working for Marriage Equality USA doing work collecting stories and training volunteers for the Heart of What Matters presentation program.
