  • Almost black woolly worm
    crawled onto and over
    my bare foot, today.

    I wonder what that means...
    Fall has chosen me.

    It was calling to me,
    to follow ~
    into the tall grass,
    to caress it's soft edges,
    that tickle my thighs

    to wander ~
in the deep gold, burgandy, olive green mass
    with no purpose
    but rather

    a faithful appreciation
    of natures beauty.

    We are seperate,
    yet we are one life
and they are calling to me.
