  • Opportunities have been presenting themselves to me like prostitutes on a street corner...
My only issue is that I have to choose....
    And everything has a price.

Friday, I meet with someone who speaks my language so very clearly
...and if I agree to speak for him
as he has asked me to
    I may see the
    other
    opportunities
    fade
    away
    and
    die.

    Stress time.....

And in addition, Autumn has also made her entrance
and now the photos and stories abound from my Friends,
many who mourn the exit of Summer.
    Do I miss Summer...? No.
I am just praying for that
    Killing Frost
    that brings relief - that
    Death Knell to Life,
    where plants and creatures
    either die,
    or leave...
    or go to sleep.
While others extol the beauties of Summer,
    I sneeze
    and my nose runs
    and the hives appear
and I either get sent to the ER
or hopefully the Epipen is close by...

I have chosen to live here
    knowing full well
    the Doctor's
    Advice
    to
    live
    by the
    LARGE
    bodies
    of
    Water.

    The only thing in nature
    now
    that I can
    tolerate
    is
    that space
    between
    the rock

    and a

    hard place.

    My comfort is
    in
    the
    pain
    that only
    Picking and Choosing
    can
    cause.

    Oh God,
    how I
    LOVE
    the
    Familiar....
