  • I have reverted back to the job I had when I was 15.

Back on is the "Kat the babysitter" hat.

    Same money as waitressing.

    And, I actually enjoy this.

    Bonus.

    Three girls, 12, 10, 9.

    Whole little people.

    Brimming with

    ideas,

    stories,

    giggles,

    drawings,

    glitter,

    curiosity.

I heard all about their best friends at school, and who is not their best friend at school,

the names of their horses and how they want to grow up to be an olympic dressage rider,

what happened to their hamsters, Nibbles and Cheesy,

the 9 year old's favourite singer is Michael Jackson, Justin Bieber doesn't get a look in.

I was amazed that they all drink tea, something I did not do until I was 20.

They had macoroni and cheese for dinner, and then we watched Tracy Beaker.

Their bedtime was 9pm, I managed to get them in their rooms at 9;30pm.

Whispering until quarter past ten. I pretended not to hear.

"They were angels" I told their mother when she returned at 1am.

"Well, you can take them and adopt them and find them millionnaires to marry, and then I will have them back" she said.
