This is Robert, he's working stage left security.

He's got a cane and a sharp wit.

Robert is a badass mofo...don't mess with Robert.

After the performance, after the post show reception, I got to dismiss Robert and thank him for his help.

As we walked across the opera house stage I asked if he knew his way out.

He stopped...looked out into the empty, dark house and said,

"I sang on this stage in 1956, I think I can find the stage door."
