My name is Enid Steals.

I am a banjo player, feminist, guitarist, harpist, human, poet, reader, singer, and wannabe anthropologist. I'm on Facebook. You can also find me here. I’ve told 3 stories. I joined Cowbird on April 18, 2012.

Pottering bohemian.

Waddling herbivore.

Desperate fishwife.

Irrepressible optometrist.

Gospel Space Angel.

Feminist Furious with Repressed Love.

Sometime musician with:

Laish (http://laishmusic.com/)

Alison and the Earthquakes (http://www.myspace.com/alisonandtheearthquakes)

Wild Grammar (http://wildgrammar.com/)

I write poems, read about anthropology and grow vegetables badly. In the summer I like driving to the beach with my husband and our dog to find mussels for dinner and go swimming. We have a 1986 campervan called Ruby who is wired up like an amateur Christmas tree and only starts seven out of ten times but contains an entire cupboard full of adventure provisions.

These are:

Old slightly bloomed chocolate hobnobs

Emergency Gary Snyder poetry

Trivial Pursuit

Dog food

Hall and Oates - The Best Of (like you could choose!)

Jump leads

Fennel tea

Rope

I want to be happy and live my life free, I want the same for you xxxx
